

Eight Limbs of Patanjali Yoga
Ashta means eight and thus the term Ashtanga Yoga. The eight limbs are Yama, Niyama, Āsana, Prāṇāyāma, Pratyahara, Dhāraṇā, Dhyāna and Samādhi The first two limbs are the Yamas and Niyamas. They are the do's and don'ts of Ashtanga Yoga. The Yamas and Niyamas are broken down into five subcategories. B Positive is more than just a blood type. It is an attitude! There are somethings a person can do absolutely nothing about and the only way to deal with them is Being Positive. I got my tail in a real bind and have talked to people about it until I am blue in the face. It has done nothing to change their attitudes. The only positive thing I can do is to change my own attitude and B+!
